Hey guys I think you remember me, do you? Let me remind you anyway, I have A mental disorder called ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) to specify ADHD-C. It is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. The symptoms include difficulty paying attention, excessive activity, executive dysfunction, difficulty controlling behavior. You guys might know the Bollywood movie, Taare Zameen Par is not the exact thing but similar.
You will say now, “It is not the school's problem it is yours” no, I am a citizen of the Indian Democratic Republic which states in its constitution Article 15 Prohibition of Discrimination. No citizen shall be discriminated on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex, disability, liability, restriction, or condition with regard to—
Access to Education, shops, public restaurants, hotels, and places of public
entertainment.
This premises has been a part of India (A Democratic Republic) since 1947. Now you guys would be like “bro we know that” but unlike us, there are some people here who didn't use to believe that they are in India. They thought they can make their own rules and laws. They obtained some powers which they couldn't bear the responsibility of, the power invoked A dictator within them, They felt they can do anything they want, they thought, they will still be respected and stay in power. Despite Violating Fundamental human rights in the Indian Constitution.
There was a guy in Germany, who had similar thoughts, and we all know what happened to him. (figuratively speaking) I Killed the Hitler born in my country, without using violence, the judiciary system, and Police. I killed this Hitler with democratic and non-violent means which these people didn't believe in, but now I am sure they will.
Now let me talk a bit about us, who are we? We are the people with ADHD people you might know are Leonardo da Vinci, Pablo Picasso, Henry Ford, Alexander Graham Bell, Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, Ryan Gosling, Will Smith, Emma Watson, Justin Timberlake, Andy Sandburg, Abhishek Bachchan, Abraham Lincoln, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, and Albert Einstein.
Let me talk more about the last guy I mentioned Albert Einstein, he was in Germany during World War 2
I have seen extreme violence in school by teachers
I and my classmates have seen blood on my classroom floor
The class was full with around 45-50 students in all cases.
This gives out a wrong message to young students that violence is the only way to dominate and enforce power and authority, that once you are in power somehow you are superior and your knowledge and ideology are the absolute truth.
The students of India are in a dictatorship until they complete their 10th/12th education. This halted the self-thinking and creativity of India for several years. If we expect our new generation to make India a better democracy they should learn how it works in school when they are young, therefore I propose A Democratic School Education System.
The first democratic school that still exists, is Summerhill in Suffolk, England. It was founded in 1921 by A.S. Neill let's learn from him and never let another Steve Wozniak tell us we are not creative...
I, declare the restoration of human rights as established in the Constitution of India on this premises which is a part of India (unlike the thoughts of some people)
“I, do swear in the name of my country that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established,
[that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India,] to the best of my ability, knowledge, and judgment, perform the duties of A responsible Indian Citizen to enforce Freedom of speech, expression, Right to privacy, education, equality. Without fear or favour, affection or ill-will, and that I will uphold the Constitution and the laws.”
I request the Ministry of Education to take required action and enforce laws established by the Indian Constitution
